国家必修课程，是会考必考内容，也是高考重点内容。
物理必修1主要学习的内容是运动和力及其关系。其中运动部分着重学习匀变速直线运动，力的部分着重学习重力、弹力和摩擦力。本课程的重点与难点在于力和运动的关系，及牛顿运动定律，这部分内容涉及前面所学的全部知识与方法。
1.有笔记本并在课堂上作适当的笔记 2.课堂上要与同学讨论并提出自己的看法 3.至少要有1次主动在班上发言
